March at Greenlord Studios
It’s been a strange and busy month for us.
Matt, who started with us on the 21st of this month, has settled in nicely. He is making great progress with the training we are providing him, and he is well on track to be assisting with a live project in the next few months. Matt is matching the expectations we had for him, and we are thrilled to see his continued progress.
As the addition of Matt to the team brings us to a total of 9 staff, we have been thinking a lot recently about the scalability of the company. We aim to continue to grow, so we are in the process of putting systems in place to better facilitate that. The next challenge we are likely to run into will be fitting everyone into the space we have, so acquiring more office space may be an issue sooner than we think.
With regards to work, we are still waiting to hear back from one of the projects that we put a tender in for, but we are remaining quietly confident. Work on the live projects is going well, and we are keeping the developers busy.
